Hello, I'm an English teacher of the language in a small French town of Lisette. It's in south. There is just one school group per year. Sometimes, we need to combine classes for multiple grade levels. However, this is not about the difficulties. Our school is one of least attended in the District, they are trying reduce it to an area for parking and requiring that all students use buses to get to the central school district. They'll guarantee me work at a higher rate if school closes. I'm ok with this.
In the meantime, we continue our studies. This is our most favourite thing to do pick a few of the most well-known videos from Youtube and attempt to translate these into our native language. It's not always easy and can cause slang, slurred or worse language. We steer clear of those and go to others. There are reports on stars, or TV shows, actors, celebrities, other occasions it's rap and country music, hip hop and stars.. We have conversations frequently about famous people, cause they are always in the view and in the public eye. I discovered that the majority of the time, we would run into untruthful remarks. This is why I started to create videos at home, and censor them in any way I could and choose videos with better talk as well as more information, so that they are not just curse words riding upon the dirty accusations. Also we don't always have wifi in schoolbecause we're very far away from the main towers and often plans to view Youtube videos do not work due to this fact too.
Then, I began downloading videos from Youtube before each lesson. This allowed to easily prescreen and enhance the information and usefulness of the entire piece. I can delete the useless material and keep it. I usually download between 10 to 15 videos for each lesson. It cuts out the advertisements from the video. I don’t want my children to see my advertisements when they are at home. This violates my privacy. Therefore, I've put about 1.5 to 2 hours of videos together with the knowledge that I'll only utilize about half the content. Children are cruel. Some videos they don't like while others are a pleasure to watch.
My method of making playlists is easy. I first locate the videos I'd like to download and add them into an account that I will keep secret. Following that I copy the URLs and then go to one of the three websites that could assist me. Converto first, then the more popular Y2mate and 2conv in the event that either of them fails. The third one is usually the last to try as it can be helpful with German videos, so it's very strictly for my situation and only for me, but it does not like playlists. Converto works well with playlists of videos. It shows all videos and provides suggestions for downloading them one at a time or converting them to the format of mp3/mp4. Converto is available in various languages and is totally secure.
While Y2mate might be my second choice however, I do sometimes select it first. Although it's evident that the other will not help, it's still an option. What I don't like about Y2mate is the ads and redirects. It's extremely commercial and difficult to use, and it constantly distracts you with pop-ups.. Similar to 2conv. However, they're more subtle than static banners and therefore more tasteful. Translations are offered to different languages, however they are less common than the first choice. While they might be more secure but they could still bring threats and viruses for your computer, if they advertise. If you do accept their offers however, be aware. They provide fewer websites from which to download video and convert it into MP3 or MP4, however that is not to say they're ineffective.
Additionally, I prefer to collaborate with established names rather than with newbie sites. The ones that have managed to endure have been able to withstand constant attention from Big Sound, authorities and labels. I love it when I know the site I want to use will remain online. My Youtube converter was a success. I would highly recommend it.
