This is the story of the time I got into trouble and was able to save the from a situation by taking the smart step of bringing a TV along with us

We were just a few miles from our home in North Dakota which is two states away. We hadn't even left the country for a while, but we didn’t know what was going to occur. It was exactly as the horror films would start by driving at night on a twisting road that was surrounded by dense bushes on both ends, pretty much like a forest. It was possible that the previous renters took it or left it in the wrong place.

After a three-hour tire change, we reached our final destination. It was cold and the silence was eerie throughout the surrounding areas. And then it was an avalanche of snow was pushed down a massive swath of snow right into the road. And for the sheer fun of it, we were situated in the middle of the moving and swirling white river. Our primary concern was to not be trapped by one of the trees that had been completely torn off of the ground and floating around us. Navigation was not totally lost and we were able to push through the snow. We realized we'd been in the snow until dawn.

I knew what direction we were taking, that's why I prepared 3 different Ipads full of HULU and Netflix pre-downloaded shows. I also use an online video downloading site to download episodes of shows I love on Youtube or Daily Motion. I can't locate these shows on any streaming platform. It is extremely easy to download full length movies from these sites and keep them saved on my phone ready to go in any circumstance. I couldn't let this time go by without filling it up with the most amazing TV shows and eye candy I had brought. If we weren't getting stuck, we'd be watching these shows even after unpacking the cabin. Because the cabin has firewood, drinks, and other essentials you can easily watch the shows. Even hot tub is available to those who wish.. In the bedroom suite.

Perhaps a little for my taste, but it was the cabin we were in.. After a long drive, all we wanted to do was relax in the bubbles. Another day and another Ipad. Every single one of the programs that were recorded have been watched. I grew up watching television and I can't live without it. I know of some people who were not raised with TV and later decided to leave it out as they got older. I wouldn't advise you to put your baby of five months in front of the television and see it grow. No, of course not. Of course it's not. It is hard to parent a child on your own. Don't let it discourage you, it's a very noble path to chose. Television is a good thing, but TV shouldn't be the sole option to raise your child. There are numerous educational channels available on Youtube to help your child. Test it, and then say no, if it doesn't work for you. It's not a great decision to turn down a job in the beginning.
