Let me say it now We're a camping, outdoor family. We spend our time being in contact with nature. We have dogs and cats. We're a happy, camping family. We know exactly where we are, and how it came to be there. We know how to have some time watching television with each other. We don't want to lose our little pleasures and go home with no music or entertainment. We insist on taking a generator and a nice (well, rather small, but still functional 32 screen).. We do use a huge camper trailers So why not pack all the things we can Some people think we're nomads who roam the world.. We are from Seattle in the city where our father has a good job as a lawyer in an unassuming company. Mother affirms that he earns this since he likes to camp four times per month in an effort to get rid of the dirt that has accumulated on his work.. But I do not agree.
While we spend hours by the fire and sing, we engage in games and converse with each other as our cats are living their lives in the vicinity. It is funny that they always return to their homes for the going home portion. Joiner is a hunterhelper dog and finds our kitties very quickly after we return. They're not even losing weight, and they are enjoying their time in the wilderness without us.. Perhaps other campers feed them , or they take food away from them or even chase mice and other little critters Who knows.
When we are at the campfire We don't have any issues with our tablets and smartphones, we love technology and never let it go, not even on camping trips. Our father, however, doesn't mind, he turns off his phone the entire weekend. It's an opportunity for him to relax. After a day of fishing and hunting, we eat a huge meal in the forest. After dinner, we enjoy watching music videos or TV shows we copied off line prior to our trip. Most of the time we are not able to access Internet in the forest and this could be the main reason our parents don't have a problem with us on the phones - sooner or later we run out of games and saved emails to respond, and get back into conversations. The majority of us download videos before leaving for trips using Youtube clip converters, or other websites for downloading videos. HULU, with its many download options, is a great tool to enjoy hours of movies and shows that are downloaded to our laptops prior to departure. Videos and series are great for downtime on camp trips. They also make it easy to get there. 3hr trips in a camper can be very boring. My father really enjoys this type of trip. He's focused on his road. Additionally, this huge machine is very difficult to operate so he needs to focus completely on that.
We will continue to utilize GPS for our camping trips. Being aware of where you are and how to get back to civilization is vital during times of emergency. We haven't had anything serious occur during our travels, but we've heard stories of snow avalanches and dirt which can really ruin holiday trips. GPS will always show where to go to security, provided that you know where safety may be located. Friendly satellites will guide GPS in the right direction. To get us safe from our campsite to a safe place, we rely on technology that is constantly improving. In the event of an emergency situation, a helicopter can fly to you and zoom into the GPS position. Also, you should carry GPS in your bag for any journey that's remote. You should not ignore technology that is vital for your life.
