Hi, I'm an English language teacher in the small French town in Lisette. It's a down-south area, and we can only take on one student per school year. Sometimes, we also combine classes to meet the needs of students from different grades. However, this isn't about our struggles. Since our school is among the least frequented in the area and they are looking to reduce its size to a parking area so that all students are able to use buses to the main school district. They will guarantee me continued employment at a higher wage if school closes. I'm fine with that.
I began downloading videos from Youtube prior to the start of the lesson. This allowed me to check the language before I began and increase the overall usefulness of the piece. If it isn't then I keep it. If it's not then I delete it and move to the next. Sometimes, I download 10-15 videos for each lesson. It also removes all the adverts from the video, which is fantastic, I don't want my children to see my advertisements that I play at my home. It's a violation of privacy in my opinion. I am able to gather about 1.5 to 2 hours of videos, knowing that I would only be using the half. Children are cruel. Certain videos they dislike while others are a pleasure to watch.
So my method of preparations is relatively easy. I first locate the videos I want to download and put them in an account that I will keep private. Following that I copy the URLs and visit one of three websites to assist me. It's first Converto, then more famous Y2mate, and finally if those 2 fail - I'll try 2conv. The third one is the most popular, as it can work with German videos. It doesn't like playlists, however, therefore it's my last choice. Converto works great with playlists of videos. It offers all of the videos that it has and allows you to download individual videos and convert them to MP3/MP4 formats. Converto is secure, comes with no advertisements, at the very all times and comes in like 2 dozen languages, which makes it useful for many people around the globe.
As we go, we will keep on our quest. The best thing to do is pick the most important videos available on Youtube and then attempt to translate them into our language. It can sometimes be frustrating as there are times when we are confronted with bad terms or language. We stay clear of them and seek out other. We sometimes talk about celebrities. There were times when we would encounter sloppy talk so I began to prepare videos at my home and then censor them in a certain way. Additionally, I select the best ones with more interesting talk, less insinuations, and not just swear words. There's no internet in the school, since we are far away from the internet towers. Sometimes, plans to view Youtube videos are canceled due to this reason.
The second one I would recommend is Y2mate, but at times, it's my primary option. While it's not an issue however it's annoying that there numerous redirects, advertisements and full-screen banners as well as other distractions. It's a bit commercial and difficult to use and distracts with pop-ups. Same is 2conv, but at least they're more like static banners, so more appealing. There are translations available to other languages, but not much than the original. Although they are safer than the other but they are still a risk and may be malware-infected if anyone accepts their advertisements. Be cautious if these sites end up being utilized. Additionally, they provide a smaller number of websites to download videos from and then convert it into MP3 or MP4 Beware this isn't because they cannot do it.
I'm more likely to collaborate with established labels rather than newcomers. Those that have proven their ability to survive can endure even in the face of constant scrutiny from authorities and labels Big Sound and the like. It's great to know that the platform I am using is still accessible. So I return to my Youtube converter, and it's working well. I suggest you give it a go.
